Areas of dense fog will continue to develop and expand north across the southern and central Coastal Plain and the eastern Sandhills during the early morning hours. The most widespread fog with the lowest visibilities will be located across Scotland, Hoke, Cumberland, Sampson, Wayne, and Wilson Counties.
