A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor... At 645 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a shower, capable of producing wind gusts to around 25 knots. This shower was located 14 nm west of Fort Smallwood State Park, moving east at 25 knots.
