The Flood Watch will expire for portions of west central Minnesota, including the following area, Clay and southeast North Dakota, including the following areas, Barnes, Cass and Ransom. The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at 5 AM CDT early this morning.
