At 1054 PM CDT...A line of strong thunderstorms was located along a line extending from 18 nm west of Oriskany Reef to 55 nm south of Farewell Buoy...moving east at 20 knots. These storms will remain over mainly open waters. The primary threats from these storms are wind gusts up to 30 knots...locally higher waves...and heavy downpours. Boaters should consider seeking safe harbor until these storms have passed…
