Thierry Henry lists combined SoHo penthouse for $25 million after 2026 renovation
Former footballer Thierry Henry has listed his SoHo penthouse in New York for $25 million. Henry bought the penthouse and the unit below for $14.85 million in 2010 and combined them into a roughly 6,000-square-foot home. He and his partner Andrea Rajacic renovated the property several times, including again in 2026.
