Forged seals of 23 Sub-Registrar offices found as Malkajgiri police bust property document racket

Of the seized seals, 23 belonged to Sub-Registrar offices, three to GHMC and HMDA and two to the Gram Panchayat office at Mansoorabad. Five purported to be from authorities in other countries, including three from Dubai and two from the United States.
