The Flood Advisory will expire at 945 AM EDT this morning for a portion of east Tennessee, including the following areas, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox and Sevier. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Light to moderate rain will continue through the remainder of the morning. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
