The areas affected include... Biscayne Bay... Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM... At 957 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located over Turkey Point, moving northwest at 20 knots.
