The areas affected include... Waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Fernandina Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM... At 1059 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Sapelo Buoy S to near Grays Reef Buoy to 15 nm south of R2 Tower to 37 nm southeast of Tug Rio Caroni, moving northeast at 20 knots.
