Ukraine claims its strikes have taken out more than half of Russia's oil refining capacity
Ukraine's defense ministry said that recent attacks on refineries, including those in Moscow and Yaroslavl, had disabled 51% of Russia's refining capacity. The claim could not be independently verified.
