At 308 AM CDT...A line of strong thunderstorms was located along a line extending from 16 nm south of Petit Bois Pass to 19 nm southeast of Farewell Buoy...moving east at 20 knots. These storms will remain over mainly open waters. The primary threats from these storms are wind gusts up to 30 knots...locally higher waves...and heavy downpours.
