Justice Nagarathna flags gaps in implementation of Juvenile Justice Act at National Annual Stakeholders Consultation
Justice Nagarathna said the focus should not be limited to disposing of cases. The system must also ensure that children receive education, counselling, medical care and legal assistance while their cases are pending.
