SIR Enumeration Form may have violated electoral rules prescribing Form-4 for collecting voter details
Rule 8 of the RER, 1960, prescribes Form-4 issued by the Electoral Registration Officers to collect details of the electors in all kinds of revisions of the electoral rolls, be it Special Summary Revision or Special Intensive Revision
